Damen W. Hershberger, M.D.

Dr. Hershberger is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologic Surgeon who founded Pearl to provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for his patients. He is a proud father of four children, Jack, Lucy, Fletcher, and Guy and has been married for over 15 years to Natalie his beautiful wife!

 

Amanda Twist, PA-C

Mandi Twist is a certified Physician Assistant with nearly 20 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She helped found Pearl in order to shape a practice setting reflective of the passion she has for the well-being of her patients.

Mindy Kile, PA-C

Mindy is a board certified Physician Assistant who is passionate about caring for women at all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause. She’s dedicated to educating patients and providing quality healthcare while creating a comfortable, safe and supportive environment.


Mindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree and a minor in Art from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas and received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University. She worked in family practice for 13 years before transitioning to women’s health. She’s experienced in treating gynecological conditions including contraceptive options, prenatal care, menopausal solutions, well woman care and options for weight loss.


Mindy is married and has 2 children, 3 cats, 1 dog, and 7 chickens. She enjoys game nights with the family, camping and spending time on the lake. During football season you can find her rooting for the KSU Wildcats and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Keley Sulawske, PA-C

Keley is a board-certified physician associate who has followed her passion for women’s health. She provides compassionate gynecologic and obstetric care for women of all ages, from adolescents through the senior years. Keley is dedicated to ensuring that every woman feels heard, respected, and empowered with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about her health.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University. Since graduating, Keley has worked exclusively in women’s health, where she continues to build meaningful relationships with her patients while delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Prior to pursuing her career as a physician assistant, she earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Health Science and Biology, along with a minor in Chemistry. She also completed an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, building a strong foundation in patient care and medical science.

Keley is a family-loving mom of four and proud dog owner who enjoys movie nights, games, sports, and the outdoors. She values quality time, strong friendships, and making life fun.
